Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase if the product is materially not as described or fails to work as intended.
Refunds are not issued for change-of-mind after download, or if the license has already been activated/used in a live project.
Contact support@tookzy.shop with your order number and a description of the issue. Most requests are resolved within 3 business days.
Products purchased through an external link (e.g. Envato) are refunded according to that marketplace's own refund policy.
